Our metrology processes are supported by an AS9100 Rev. D and ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system, and we are ITAR registered, giving customers confidence that their tooling is inspected to the highest standards.

Yes. We perform both proof load testing and pull testing as part of our in-house inspection and certification capabilities.

Our facility is equipped to perform load testing up to 38,000 lbs (20 tons) without outsourcing. For projects requiring higher capacities, we coordinate testing through qualified partner facilities to meet your specific load requirements while maintaining the same quality and documentation standards.

Our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining capabilities accommodate large, complex components with a maximum machining envelope of 540" (X) × 180" (Y) × 84" (Z): up to 45 feet long, 15 feet wide, and 7 feet high.

Yes. As part of our turnkey manufacturing solutions, we offer disassembly, shipping, on-site installation, and final quality validation to ensure your tooling is installed and ready for production.

Every tool is engineered and built with modularity in mind, allowing for efficient disassembly, packaging, transportation, and reassembly at your facility. Our installation team coordinates the unloading and setup process, then performs final alignment and re-certification using our FARO Laser Tracker system to verify the tool meets all required specifications.
